Bariles rojo

Reds
Two bottles bimonthly
(every 2 months)

Our red wine cellar. This membership delivers a steady rotation of Pinot Noir and Syrah—elegant, deep, and always ready to open.

Barrio Na Blanco

Whites
Two bottles bimonthly
(every 2 months)

From the sunlit side of the estate. You’ll get Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio — fresh, crisp, and perfect for slow lunches or early evenings on the balcony.

Anihan

Light & REfreshing
Three bottles quarterly
(every 3 months)

"Anihan" means harvest —this name hints at seasonality and variety. The trio suggests the 3-bottle mix. One Rosé, one Pinot Grigio, and a rotating wildcard like Chardonnay, depending on the season. Balanced and crowd-pleasing.

Maharlika reserve

Premium
Two bottles every 2 months

Wines worthy of long dinners and quiet celebrations. These are the richest, most expressive bottles in the Minetta cellar— Cabernet Sauvignon and a rotation between Pinot Noir and Chardonnay depending on the season.
